Welcome to Moneylisa. By accessing or using our platform at moneylisa.co (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Moneylisa is a social marketplace for original art and collectible prints. Creators publish works, and collectors discover, reserve, and purchase them. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Creators retain ownership of their original works. By publishing on Moneylisa, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote their works on the Platform. Collectors receive a personal, non-commercial licence to the prints they purchase.
All transactions are processed through Paystack. Creators receive payouts automatically after a collector completes checkout, less any applicable platform fees. Pricing is displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneylisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or our Code of Conduct. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
