Apparel Shipping Policy

This policy covers Drop 001 apparel sold by Moneylisa, a trading name of Mwema Wire Group Limited, for delivery within Kenya. It sits alongside our general Terms of Sale and our Returns Policy. By placing an order you agree to it. Orders ship from Nairobi.

1. Orders and Pricing

• Prices are shown at checkout in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include any applicable tax.
• An order is confirmed once payment clears through our processor, Paystack. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is mispriced or out of stock.
• You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.

2. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You receive tracking or delivery details once your order ships.

3. Delivery

We deliver countrywide. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days within Nairobi and 2 to 5 business days elsewhere in Kenya. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Delivery Fees

Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Where we use a courier or pickup point, their collection terms also apply.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimate, contact us and we will trace it with the courier and make it right.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any apparel order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this policy limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing Law and Changes

This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya. We may update it from time to time, and the version in force is the one published at moneylisa.co on the date of your order. Questions about any order go to info@moneylisa.co.
