We want every collector to be satisfied. Here is how we handle refunds.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Prints that arrive damaged or significantly differ from the listing are eligible for a full refund.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is corrupt or materially different from what was described.
To request a refund, contact support@moneylisa.co with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
When a refund is approved, the corresponding creator payout is reversed. Creators are notified of all refund events.
