Effective March 15, 2026
This agreement governs your relationship with Moneylisa as a creator publishing and selling work on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must verify your identity before receiving payouts.
You retain full ownership of your original works. You grant Moneylisa a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote your works on the Platform and in marketing materials.
You set pricing for your editions. Moneylisa collects a platform fee (displayed in your studio dashboard) on each sale. Payouts are processed automatically via Paystack after purchase completion.
All published work must be original and comply with our Code of Conduct. You are responsible for ensuring your work does not infringe third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your listings will be removed but existing orders will be fulfilled. Outstanding payouts will be disbursed within 30 days.
